What Is
Thami Letto?

A Burmese rice and noodle topper. Inspired by Htamin Let Thok, the street food dish that has been feeding Burma for generations.

We take roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, crispy fried onions, gram flour and warm Burmese spices and bring them together in a jar. You spoon it over rice, mix it through until every grain is coated, finish with coriander and lime, and eat. That is the whole recipe.

A Tradition in a Jar

Htamin Let Thok is Burma's most beloved street food. Aamna has been making it for over 40 years. Thami Letto brings that same recipe, bottled and ready for your kitchen.

Bold, Nutty, Deeply Savoury

Roasted peanuts, toasted sesame seeds, gram flour and Burmese spices. Think chilli crisp but nuttier, warmer and made to be mixed all the way through your rice, not just spooned on top.

Two Versions, One Mission

The fish version uses sardines and fish sauce for deep umami richness. The vegan version doubles down on peanuts and sesame for a bolder, nuttier base. Both are extraordinary on rice.
